1-2-1 sessions are suitable for both beginners and advanced yoga practitioners alike. They give you the opportunity to work on a particular area of your practice or help to build confidence in the basics before in joining a regular class. 1-2-1’s are also great for those recovering from injury or illness and aspiring yoga teachers who want to develop their practice or teaching style in an intensive session.
Many of our 1-2-1 students have come to heal from injuries and Jock’s experience of using yoga to recover from breaking his back and collarbone, means that he is well placed to support your recovery. His advanced knowledge of anatomy gives him great insight into the mechanics of the body and his ability to make complex anatomical instruction easy to understand, makes yoga accessible to everyone. 1-2-1’s are an opportunity for you to understand more about your own individual body and breath and to develop a practice that works for you.
We have a wide range of people who work with Jock on a 1-2-1 basis and we feel privileged to have supported students who’ve recovered from serious injury as well as students wanting to deepen their practice.
We offer 90 min 1-2-1 sessions on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday at a pre-arranged time convenient to both teacher and student.
Price: £65 for 90 mins plus two free weekly classes from our regular schedule to be used within two weeks from the date of your 1-2-1
