Monthly evening classes
Tidal Collective is an inclusive art collective based in Newquay, Cornwall. Their events bring together artists working with a range of mediums including clay, sound and printmaking. Lifedrawing invites us to release from perfectionism and drop into presence and observation. During the sessions, Mikaila and Sophia will be guiding you through a mixture of short and longer hold poses, using prompts to encourage expression through your art. We encourage play and experimentation in a beginner friendly environment. Whether you haven’t touched a pen since school, or you practice regularly, all are welcome here. Tidal Collective
We will often start with some short hold poses ranging from 2-5 minutes to warm up and release any tension collected throughout the day. This will be followed by some longer 10-20 minute poses before a break to share any work. We may resume with some short poses again or move directly into longer poses depending on the session. Chai tea will be offered following the session and we encourage you to stay and share your art, connecting to other people in the space if you have the time.
NB: These classes are open to all, beginner to experienced.

Lime House Yoga's first Yin Yoga Teacher Training from 10th-13th September 2026 is a 4 day, 40 hour intensive course, and is designed to deepen your knowledge and application of Yin Yoga and expand your prowess as a yoga teacher.
Yoga Kurunta, or yoga with ropes was popularised by Iyengar yoga founder B.K.S. Iyengar who's use of ropes attached to a ‘Yoga rope wall’, enabled yoga practitioners to practice poses that would be otherwise unavailable to them and to help them to go deeper in to the poses. The term Kurunta comes from the Sanskrit word meaning "puppet," which reflects the idea that the ropes help support and guide the body, much like how a puppet is controlled by strings.
Teaching yoga is what we love and it is both a unique privilege and a huge responsibility. Becoming an inspirational teacher requires humility, integrity, experience and a commitment to practice and personal growth.
