With our on-demand classes you are able to refine your practice where ever you are, whether you are in the comfort of your own home or are travelling for business of pleasure, as long as you have internet access you can enjoy the benefits of a yoga practice. We offer a variety of yoga classes, tutorials and if there is something you are working on in your own practice and would like us to record a video about it let us know by getting in touch.
Livestream Classes straight from the studio in real time where the teacher can see you and give you verbal adjustments throughout your practice. We have one of the best Audio Visual setups of any yoga studio in the world. We invested in professional broadcast quality microphones and the latest state of the art PTZ (Point Tilt Zoom) camera’s that give you the best view in the house.
Both the Livestream and On-Demand classes are free with the Monthly and Annual In-person and Online passes.
