In the event of cancellation 14 days or more before a workshop, you will receive a refund. Between 14 days and 48hrs there will be no refund unless we can fill your place before the workshop commences in which case your fee will be refunded. Should the event be cancelled by Lime House Yoga, you will be offered a full refund or if you would prefer, credit against future events held by Lime House Yoga.
You may cancel your booking for a workshop, specialist training or intensive (an ‘Event’) so long as you do so at least 30 days before the start date of the Event in which case we will refund you the £ (sterling) amount you have paid us in respect of that Event, less an administration fee of 10% of the price of the Event or £20, whichever is the greater (capping the maximum at £50). If you cancel within 30 days of the start date of the Event there will be no refund unless we have a waiting list and are able to transfer your booking to another participant, in which case we will refund you the amount you have paid us in respect of that Event, less an administration fee calculated as set out above.
If you cancel your booking for a workshop, specialist training or intensive (an ‘Event’) within 30 days of the start date of the Event, you may also choose to carry your pass over to a future event of the same type and value.
We reserve the right to cancel an Event for any reason, though we will endeavour only to do so in the event of exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the Event as advertised, or if there are, in our opinion, insufficient numbers booked onto the Event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen, we will notify you promptly and will refund you the full £ (sterling) amount you have paid us in respect of the Event. We will not, however, be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the Event, for example in respect of travel, accommodation or any exchange rate losses.
If you make a booking for an Event on behalf of another person, you warrant to us that you have their authority to do so.
To book a holiday or retreat, full payment is required, of which £250 is a non-refundable deposit. Please note that payment schedules may differ for different retreats/holidays.
We understand that there are times where you may be unable to attend once payment has been made and we will always try to help where we can. In the event of cancellation 60 days or more prior to the retreat/holiday, you will be entitled to a refund (less the non-refundable deposit). In the event of cancellation 59 days or less prior to the retreat/holiday, payments are not refundable. If however your place(s) can be given to someone on the relevant retreat/holiday waiting list then we will refund you the payment (less your deposit). Should Lime House Yoga cancel the retreat/holiday, you will be offered a full refund or if you would prefer credit against future events held by Lime House Yoga.
Cancellation of your booking should be confirmed and notified by email.
We take a non-refundable 20% deposit at time of booking to confirm date/times of hire.
Lime House Yoga reserves the right to cancel a booking with written notice to the user.
Lime House operates separately to the Wim Hof Method workshops and so the cancellation terms and conditions differ to our own. Please see the below policy for cancellation if you are signed up to attend either the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Day or weekend.
