Access our Livestream Classes* straight from the studio in real time where the teacher can see you and give you verbal adjustments throughout your practice plus you have access to all of the On-Demand* pre-recorded classes, so as long as you have internet access you can practice where ever you are.
(*Both the Livestream and On-Demand classes are free with the Monthly and Annual In-person and Online passes.)

If you plan on coming more than twice a week then a monthly or annual unlimited pass would be the best value for money. Monthly Unlimited and Annual Unlimited passes also give you up to 20% discount on selected workshops.
