We run yoga workshops throughout the year on various topics ranging from Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda and Nutrition. We have a fantastic team of teachers who all love sharing their unique skills and experience with our students. This course will consist of practical and experiential practices to support anyone challenged by symptoms relating to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and/or Fibromyalgia. This programme also welcomes those who are suffering with burnout and other stress related symptoms, including low-level anxiety and low mood, insomnia and exhaustion.
