We run yoga workshops throughout the year on various topics ranging from Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda and Nutrition. We have a fantastic team of teachers who all love sharing their unique skills and experience with our students. The schedule is being constantly updated so check back regularly and book early as the workshops fill up quickly.
Who is this practice week for?
If you have attended one of our Starting a Home Practice courses or are familiar with the Ashtanga system of yoga, this practice week is a perfect opportunity to deepen your practice. Jock will count you through the sun salutations and the standing sequence. You will then do self practice where he will be on hand to give you personalised instruction as and when you need it.
