Breath, Stillness, Release. Explore the body through longer holds in poses mainly on the ground aimed to balance and complement your other movement practices. Whilst this class is gentle, please note that it may not be suitable if you are unable to hold poses for long periods of time, or unable to get up and down from the mat comfortably and frequently.
