Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice with roots going back thousands of years, combining gentle movement, breath, and awareness to support the natural flow of energy — or qi — through the body. Often described as a moving meditation, it works quietly but deeply, helping to restore balance, ease tension, and reconnect you to a steadier, more grounded sense of self. In this one-hour pop-up class, Fiona will guide you through a series of slow, simple, standing movements, coordinated with the breath. Unlike most of our classes, the practice takes place fully on your feet rather than on the floor. The pace is unhurried, with time to settle into each shape and notice how the body responds. There’s no choreography to learn or level to reach — just a chance to move, breathe, and reset. The class is open to everyone, including complete beginners. You can expect to leave feeling calmer, more open, and gently re-energised. If the weather allows, we’ll open up the bi-fold doors and bring the garden into the space with us. Also available to join via Livestream Cost: 1 credit or drop-in for £10
