In Kitty’s Yin Yoga class, we explore a slow-paced and meditative style of yoga that primarily focuses on passive stretching and the release of tension in the body’s connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Yin Yoga involves holding poses for an extended period of time, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes. This prolonged stretching allows for a deep and sustained release of muscular and emotional tension.

A light hearted slow vinyasa flow class with lots of options so you can choose what suits your body and your energy levels. The class is often themed around a biomechanical alignment principle, so we evolve our understanding of the postures.
