We offer a range of classes suitable for all, from beginners to advanced and with new students starting each week, every class can be adapted to suit you. We love the fact that our students are an eclectic bunch and offer a range of yoga styles to choose from. From gentle restorative Yin yoga to dynamic Ashtanga, there’s something here for everyone. - Ashtanga Yoga Cornwall
  We have three distinct Ashtanga classes on our schedule, Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 7-9am Self practice (Mysore), Tuesday Evening Ashtanga Inspired and a Saturday Led half primary class
- Beginner’s Yoga
  Many people think that they need to be flexible to begin yoga, but that’s a little bit like thinking that you need to be able to play tennis to take tennis lessons. Our Beginners yoga class is a friendly introduction into yoga.
- Yoga with Ropes (Yoga Kurunta)
  Yoga Kurunta, or "puppet yoga" was popularised by Iyengar yoga founder B.K.S. Iyengar who's use of ropes attached to a ‘Yoga rope wall’, enabled yoga practitioners to practice poses that would be otherwise unavailable to them and to help them to go deeper in to the poses. The term Kurunta comes from the Sanskrit word meaning "puppet," which reflects the idea that the ropes help support and guide the body, much like how a puppet is controlled by strings.
- Dynamic and Strong Yoga
  The Vinyasa practice links body movement with the breath in a flowing sequence of asanas (postures). Vinyasa translates to 'place in a special way'. Literally to move in a way that synchronises your breath with the movements of the body.
- Foundations Yoga
  No matter how long you have been practicing, there is always something new to learn. By stripping everything down to the foundations and building up, you can find a wonderful way to learn new things and sometimes remember things you may have forgotten!
- Gentle Vinyasa
  A light hearted slow vinyasa flow class with lots of options so you can choose what suits your body and your energy levels. The class is often themed around a biomechanical alignment principle, so we evolve our understanding of the postures. Pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation are woven into the fabric of each class.
- Mums Yoga
  Louise is Mum to three children so teaches from a place of lived experience. In Louise’s own words, ”It’s a space for Mums to practice yoga without having to find a baby sitter. I will guide you through a gentle vinyasa class and help out with the little ones as much as possible.”
- Mysore Ashtanga Yoga
  Ashtanga Mysore Yoga (self Practice) is the traditional way yoga was taught to people. Think of it as a 1-2-1 but in a group environment. This differs from the standard led (guided) classes that we are familiar with in the west. The Mysore (self-practice) method requires that the practitioner learn each series in turn and practice at their own pace.

- Pregnancy Yoga
  Whether you are new to yoga or a yogi with an existing practice, consistent yoga throughout your pregnancy will help you maintain strength, flexibility and stamina. It will help you to keep up your fitness levels but also be of great benefit during labour and can help with faster recovery post-birth.
- Forrest Inspired Yoga
  This special 90 minute Forrest Yoga Inspired practice you will be exploring a combination of traditional and new yoga poses, created by Ana Forrest. This is an inspiring yoga workout that builds flexibility, intelligence and strength while helping deepen the relationship with your authentic Self
- Restorative Yoga
  In Kitty's Restorative Yoga class, we explore the passive release of the body from the support of various yoga props and supports. Receive deep rest and rejuvenation from this floor-based practice. An ideal session to relieve tension and stress and a great class for heading into the weekend after a busy week!
- Yin Yoga
  In Kitty's Yin Yoga class, we explore a slow-paced and meditative style of yoga that primarily focuses on passive stretching and the release of tension in the body’s connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Yin Yoga involves holding poses for an extended period of time, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes. This prolonged stretching allows for a deep and sustained release of muscular and emotional tension.

- 5 day Ashtanga Immersion
  A brand new 5 day Ashtanga Immersion led by two senior teachers
- Meditation Days with Lucinda Pimlott
  Join senior teacher Lucinda Pimlott for this series of meditation training modules, designed for yoga teachers and dedicated yoga practitioners alike.
- 40hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training
  Lime House Yoga's first Yin Yoga Teacher Training from 3rd-6th September 2025 is a 4 day, 40 hour intensive course, and is designed to deepen your knowledge and application of Yin Yoga and expand your prowess as a yoga teacher.
- 300hr Teacher Training
  Teaching yoga is what we love and it is both a unique privilege and a huge responsibility. Becoming an inspirational teacher requires humility, integrity, experience and a commitment to practice and personal growth.

We have a variety of Gift Cards for a specific number of classes or you can choose a custom monetary amount added to the receivers account that can be used to pay either for classes, workshops, trainings or products from our shop.

If choosing a monetary amount, you can now schedule your gift card to be sent on a specific date. This option is available underneath the ‘Attach a Note to the Gift Card’ section when you tick ‘Send message later’.

Which one should I choose?

If your giftee just wants to try a one off, 90 minute class, then opt for the Drop-In gift card. If they want to try multiple classes and use some credits for selected workshops, then a 5 or 10 credit pack is your best bet!
