Classes and credit packs

• Early cancellations (up to 2 hours before start of class). You can cancel class bookings up to 2 hours in advance only via our app or online. If you paid by your class pass/membership or drop-in, your class will be credited back to your account. If you do not already have the app you can download it on Apple or Android. Once you have logged in you will see your upcoming bookings and given the option to cancel. Due to our very small team and emails/phones not always being monitored, contacting reception will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed.
• Late cancellations (within 2 hours of start of class). We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. If you cancel a class booking within 2 hours of the class start time, the class will not be credited back to your pass or refunded. Due to our very small team and emails/phones not always being monitored, contacting reception will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed.
• 10 credit pack – these credit packs are valid for 4 months from the date of first booking.  They can be used to book all classes except pregnancy yoga and selected workshops. Classes are worth 1 credit except Mysore (self-practice) classes, which are worth 1.5 credits. Workshops are worth different amounts of credits. Please see individual workshop details for more information. You will need the correct amount of credits remaining on your pack to book a workshop. If you do not have enough credits remaining to book a particular workshop, you cannot split payment between credits and cash/card, for example. 10 credit packs may also be shared with one other person and you will need to inform the studio if you wish to do this.  They are non-refundable and may only be extended in extenuating circumstances at Lime House Yoga’s discretion or if you inform the studio in advance of any upcoming holidays or planned medical treatments/surgeries.

• 5 credit pack – these credit packs are valid for 2 months from the date of first booking. They can be used to book all classes except pregnancy yoga. Classes are worth 1 credit, except Mysore (self-practice) classes which are worth 1.5 credits. 5 credit packs may also be shared with one other person and you will need to inform the studio if you wish to do this.  They are non-refundable but may be extended in extenuating circumstances at Lime House Yoga’s discretion or if you inform the studio in advance of any upcoming holidays or planned medical treatments/surgeries.

• Monthly Unlimited – these memberships can be used to book all classes, including pregnancy yoga. Monthly unlimited members can also enjoy discount when booking selected workshops – please see individual workshops for details. Monthly unlimited memberships auto-renew using the credit card saved on our studio system. The credit card on your client profile will be automatically billed on the date of your original purchase each month. Your membership continues on a monthly rollover and you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting the studio. Monthly Unlimited memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable but may be ‘frozen’ in extenuating circumstances at Lime House Yoga’s discretion or if you inform the studio in advance of any upcoming holidays or planned medical treatments/surgeries.

• Annual Unlimited – these memberships can be used to book all classes, including pregnancy yoga. Annual unlimited members can also enjoy discount when booking selected workshops – please see individual workshops for details. Annual unlimited membership is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and will need to be manually renewed if your card is on file once expired. You may cancel your membership during the year and will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the remaining balance, to cover the cost of an admin fee to process the refund.  Refunds will be calculated from the following month after your cancellation (e.g. pass cancelled 20^th August, refund calculated from 1^st September). Annual Unlimited memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable but may be ‘frozen’ in extenuating circumstances at Lime House Yoga’s discretion or if you inform the studio in advance of any upcoming holidays or planned medical treatments/surgeries.
• Pregnancy Yoga 5 week blocks and drop-ins – our cancellation policy for pregnancy yoga classes is the same as regular classes and has a 2 hour cut off window (see above). PLEASE NOTE that if you buy a 5 week pregnancy yoga block, we regret that pregnancy yoga credits cannot be rolled over to different blocks. If you know you are going to be away for one or more weeks of a block, we suggest you attend the classes on a drop-in basis. If baby arrives before you have used all of your credits, you can roll any remaining over to Mum’s Yoga as and when you are ready to return.

• Concessions – the concession rates apply to drop-in classes and workshops only. Concession apply for the following: Students / Unemployed / Low Wage

Workshops, Courses and Trainings

• A refund (minus a 10% + VAT admin fee) will be made for cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date of any course or training and 14 days for any workshops. For cancellations less than 28 days before the course or training, or 14 days before the workshop, there will be no refunds or transfers unless:
  • the course/ workshop is full and your place can be filled from a waiting list, or
  • you are sick/injured/pregnant and can provide a doctor’s note

In the above cases we will refund the fee, minus a 20% + VAT admin fee. All clients are asked to agree to Lime House Yoga Ltd terms and conditions upon booking a course or workshop.

• If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a refund, the option of being transferred to an alternative event or monetary credit on your account to be redeemed against any other Lime House Yoga class or event (except retreats abroad). Once you have committed to a course or workshop, we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme.
• We are unable to give refunds in the case of cancelled transport (trains, aeroplanes etc). Please ensure you take out relevant insurance to protect yourself against this.
• Refunds are not possible to be made retrospectively. If we have not heard from you by 24 hours following the end of a workshop we will not be able to process any refunds.
• We reserve the right to cancel a workshop for any reason. Whilst we would only do this in exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the workshop as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers booked onto the workshop to make it viable for the teacher taking the workshop. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full £ (sterling) amount you have paid us in respect of the workshop. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the workshop, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses.

If you make a booking for an Event on behalf of another person, you warrant to us that you have their authority to do so.

Retreats & Holidays

To book a holiday or retreat, full payment is required, of which £250 is a non-refundable deposit.  Please note that payment schedules may differ for different retreats/holidays. 

We understand that there are times where you may be unable to attend once payment has been made and we will always try to help where we can. In the event of cancellation 60 days or more prior to the retreat/holiday, you will be entitled to a refund (less the non-refundable deposit). In the event of cancellation 59 days or less prior to the retreat/holiday, payments are not refundable.  If however your place(s) can be given to someone on the relevant retreat/holiday waiting list then we will refund you the payment (less your deposit). Should Lime House Yoga cancel the retreat/holiday, you will be offered a full refund or if you would prefer credit against future events held by Lime House Yoga. 

Cancellation of your booking should be confirmed and notified by email. 

External Studio Hire

We take a non-refundable 20% deposit at time of booking to confirm date/times of hire.

Cancellation of studio hire:

• Up to 1 month prior to booking – 20% booking deposit retained
• Between 1 month & 2 weeks prior to booking – 50% of studio hire cost charged
• Between 2 weeks and booking – 100% of studio hire cost charged

Cancellation of catering:

• Up to 2 weeks prior – no charge
• Between 2 weeks & 24 hours – 50% of catering costs charged
• Less than 24 hours – 100% of catering costs charged

Lime House Yoga reserves the right to cancel a booking with written notice to the user.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Monetary Gift card Terms & Conditions

Monetary Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of receipt and must be redeemed within this period. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer extensions beyond the expiry date, so please ensure your gift card is used in good time. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be used toward classes, workshops or retreats unless otherwise stated. Please see individual events for details.

Credit Pack Gift Terms & Conditions

When credit packs are purchased as a gift, these will instantly be added to the recipients account and will be valid for the usual duration from the time of first booking. Gifted credit packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be used toward classes and selected workshops. Please see individual events for details.

Single Class Pass – valid for one month

5 credit pack – valid for 2 months from the time of first booking

10 credit pack – valid for 4 months from the time of first booking

Choosing to gift a credit pack will not give you the option to send to a recipient at a later date. If you need your gift card sent on a specific date, please create a monetary gift card instead. See the Gift Card page for how to do this.
