Suitable for all and particularly those who are recovering from illness/injury, have limited mobility, fatigue or even just fancy trying something a little gentler.

We’ll be exploring modified, classical postures through the support of a chair plus relaxation techniques and meditations.

No need to bring anything as all equipment is provided – please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in.

Limited to 10 people.

This course will be taught by Aimee Stapleford an experienced yoga therapy teacher.
