Intermediate (2nd Series) Workshop
Intermediate Series Workshop
with Jock Orton
Do you feel as if your practice has stagnated during lockdown?
Do you feel like you need a little jump start?
If the answer is yes, then you’ll want to book this workshop where you will be guided through the second (Intermediate) series poses.
This will be a playful workshop where you will get a chance to safely explore the some of the more complex and /or challenging asanas of the intermediate series and beyond, including backbends, inversions and arm balances.
Don’t be put off thinking this workshop will be too advanced, Jock is knowledgeable enough to give you alternatives that will challenge you without it being intimidating.
How much of the practice you can ‘do’ or how many series you ‘complete’ is of NO relevance at all. How ‘good’ you are at each pose or what you look like whilst you practice has no importance to the practice either.
Simply put it is the journey that we are interested in, not the destination.
