Dinacharya Yoga Workshop – Establishing a Daily Routine

DINACHARYA YOGA WORKSHOP- ESTABLISHING A  DAILY ROUTINE

Lucinda Pimlott

Outline of the workshop

13th October 2018 – 2pm – 5pm

The ancient practice of Ayurveda recommends establishing a daily routine to promote good health and wellbeing: including what time we wake up, simple practices to cleanse and remove toxins, exercises to calm the mind and strengthen the body, meal times and what time we go to bed. This workshop is aimed at helping you to establish a routine that is both workable and supportive within your daily schedule.

  • Yoga practice, including asana and brief pranayama and meditation.
  • Presentation by Lucinda of wellbeing practices inspired by Ayurveda to include in your daily routine.
  • Tea and pair/group work planning workable daily routines to take home.
  • Yoga practice with some asana and more emphasis on pranayama and meditation.
