The ancient practice of Ayurveda recommends establishing a daily routine to promote good health and wellbeing: including what time we wake up, simple practices to cleanse and remove toxins, exercises to calm the mind and strengthen the body, meal times and what time we go to bed. • Presentation by Lucinda of wellbeing practices inspired by Ayurveda to include in your daily routine.
  • Tea and pair/group work planning workable daily routines to take home.
  • Yoga practice with some asana and more emphasis on pranayama and meditation.
