“Last night, so many tears took flight because of joy
That the sky got crowded and complained,”
HAFIZ
This practice is a reminder to reconnect with the wonderful things in life when the mind is thrown into confusion by our anxieties and hurts.
The Buddha taught that as part of our practice on the path that leads to the cessation of suffering, we need to actively cultivate joy. When the mind is thrown into confusion by our anxieties and hurts, we can learn to reconnect with the wonderful things in life. This session will include dharma talk, guided meditation, tea and a light supper afterwards.
All levels of experience welcome.
£17 for the evening followed by a light supper
