There are a few different stages of application for the Lime House Yoga’s 300hr Foundation Yoga Teacher Training. These ensure that you are ready for the process and that we can support your application fully.

Pre-requisites and requirements

We have designed a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Programme delivered over 12 months, to allow time for students to learn at their own pace and have the opportunity to put learning into practice in a safe and supportive teaching environment. Besides a thorough grounding in yoga practice, philosophy, anatomy and business, each student will also receive 1:1 mentoring with the principal teachers throughout the course.

Applicants must have:

  • 2 years minimum yoga practice
  • A genuine passion and interest in yoga and a desire to learn more to further your own practice as well as impart your knowledge on to your students
  • Dedication and willingness to accept responsibility for 100% attendance
  • Ability to take time for sufficient self-practice, homework and additional 1:1 tutorials with your teachers

The cost of the training is £3270. The cost includes course manuals, discount on Yoga Alliance Professionals (YAP) Trainee membership and subsidised join up fee to upgrade your YAP membership within 14 days of your graduation.

Not included is: travel, food or accommodation on taught weekends, books and reference materials, personal teacher insurance, class attendance fees and the cost of your YAP membership.

A deposit of £500 is required to secure a place for this Teacher Training Course. Please note that the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable on acceptance of application.
